I hope when they get older, they will appreciate having a dad who snuggles with them at nap time. A dad who makes them wonderful Saturday morning breakfasts. One who is never too tired for a wrestling match on the floor. The kind of father that is not afraid to be affectionate and hug and kiss them endlessly. A step-father who dove into parenthood whole-heartedly and willingly like it was the most natural thing in the world. A provider that works tirelessly, day and night, so that their mom can stay home with them during the day. A role-model in so many things. A caring parent who knows that discipline is good for them. A dad that will always make them laugh till their sides hurt. A renaissance man that will be equally happy taking them to a hockey game or the theatre, camping or to Disneyland.
