One of these kids is not like the others.

Thyra and Malachi both got their first tooth right at ten months of age. So as Kashton neared that age, I fully expected that the first sign of a little tooth would appear.

Sure enough, it did.

Aha, I thought, just as I suspected. All of my children teeth at the same time in the same way.

Except I have discovered that while the timing is bang on, Kashton has decided to break out of the mold and do his own thing.

While the other two got their milk teeth in a similar order, bottom front, top front, top side, bottom side and so on, Kashton's teeth are showing up in the most peculiar style.

His first tooth was his bottom front right, and I kept looking for it's left-side match to pop-up soon after. And while I was looking, I failed to notice that the teeth he is actually getting were on the top.

His right-side front and side tooth are just breaking through, which means my son has THREE teeth on the right side of his mouth, and not a single one on the left.

I can guarantee you this looks a little off. And once they come in more fully, I will try my best to get a photo of his odd little smile.

Way to be a weirdo kid.
